This was my first time to ever receive massage therapy. Kayla greeted as soon as I entered her office, took time for me to explain my physical issues, thoroughly explained her process and made me feel very comfortable during the massage session.  During the session, Kayla was very informative as to what she was doing and why. I first visited Movement Chiropractic for massage therapy from Kayla. Massage therapy was recommended by the chiropractor that I was seeing at the time for considerable hip, back, and shoulder pain.  Massage therapy wasn’t a service that my chiropractor offered. After several bi weekly or monthly visits with Kayla, I noticed that I was feeling better from the massage than from the adjustments I was getting from my chiropractor. After completing my course of treatment with my chiropractor, I was left with no lasting relief. At best I felt good for a day or two. Hearing and understanding what I was going through Kayla suggested I see their chiropractor, Dr Ryan, at Movement Chiropractic. I agreed and I was quickly in for my first visit. Dr Ryan set me up on a 6 week schedule of very flexible visits. Within the first 2 or 3 visits I was experiencing up to 5 or 6 pain free days before seeing him again. By the end of the course and following all his recommendations I am now pain free, stable, overall feeling better than I have in many years. I truly feel that I am healing and now know that I don’t have to live in the pain from getting old. Overall an amazing, life changing experience.
